The data onboarding process was overwhelming, involving 39 data entries per product on the buy-side. I led the UX redesign of a supplier platform to reduce data entry errors by 20%, collaborating with the catalog team and interviewing suppliers.

Hospitalized 6-8-year-olds lacked emotional comfort. As a team, we created a modular blanket that children could personalize with family-designed patches, fostering comfort and autonomy, while reducing nurses’ emotional support workload by 3+ hours.

High screen time affected college students’ productivity. My team developed SoundMind, a wearable with haptic feedback to signal overuse. Our first prototype received positive feedback, showing potential to reduce unproductive screen time.
